Egypt 4

This is the last post of Egypt. Dan and the girls
took tons of pics and it would take weeks
of blogging to post them all. Enjoy!
( click on photo's to enlarge)
These are the souvenirs they brought home.
My favorites are the Egyptian Vase, plates and
the paper money. The dishes, cups and alabaster
pieces were gifts. Thank You Sherif

This is Sherif's and his family, his wife Norma,
and their two daughters, Farida and Gina.
Dan works with Sherif and quickly became
friends. Sherif's extended family was so kind
and showered them with warm hospitality.

The food was delicious!

One of the highlights of their

trip was at Sherif's home.

Farida & Gina celebrate their birthdays
with family and friends

Bread & Tea in the open air. Brittany
got to help make the bread.
It's then put on a hot stone to
cook. It's served with tea.

Tea Time

As they sailed On the Nile,
these men came up to the
cruise ship,and sold souvenirs.
The little guy at the bottom of the statue was placed
there to let everyone know he had children.
The Mediterranean Sea

If you stand in the right place at the pyramids
you can look like your touching it from far away.

Some serious reading :)

Dan and the girls said that the Mediterranean Sea was the
most beautiful water they have ever seen. They
have been to tropical places and this one tops them all!
